Proposal Outline

 

        I.            Intro

A.      Write about a boy and underage drinking

B.      It is important for states to protect their teenagers; therefore I propose that they put laws into action where drinking with a legal guardian should not be allowed at all so that it does not disrupt any brain patterns that are still developing, cause alcohol poisoning related deaths and by doing so risky behavior can be avoided

      II.            Body

A.      Why drinking age should be 21

                                                               i.      Fighting for our country

                                                             ii.      Able to vote

                                                            iii.      Able to marry

                                                           iv.      Able to drive

    III.            Conclusion
